Stem Cells Injections for Hip Joint Injuries & Repair AVN

Hip surgeries such as replacement and resurfacing are typically very invasive procedures and often lead to months of discomfort and pain post surgery and especially during rehabilitation needed to redevelop the patients strength and increase the mobility of the hip joints.(Homma, Kaneko, and Hernigou 2013)*

Our orthopedic Hip Cell Therapy works by targeting the areas of arthritis or injury with both clinical grade stem cells and ( PPP ) platelet rich plasma. The cultured stem cells act as a biological seed with PRP acting as the fertilizer to fortify the cells and helps quickly heal the areas of distress. Our unique 2 week treatment course uses PRP with cell specific growth factors and rich platelets found in the blood circulatory system. Unlike most 1 day treatments, these additional steps in our therapy help boost cell signals while simultaneously providing nourishment for the orthopedic stem cells to flourish for multiple cycles and help develop the introduced cells into new and healthy joints, tendons and ligaments. Regenerative medicine might not be the final answer for all patients with degenerative hips, however most cases we treat with PRP + stem cell are successful, and help our patients avoid the pain, down time, disability and most importantly risk that is associated with a major surgery like total hip replacement. Number of Cell Infusions for Hip arthritis: 2-6 Injections Mesenchymal “MSCs” Cells

Type of Cells Used and Injection Locations: For most patients, Our protocol will use enriched Mesenchymal cells that are Autologous (from the patient) Peripheral Blood or Adipose Tissue derived. For older patients or people with multiple conditions and/or severe degeneration we will use HLA Matched Allogeneic stem cells derived from Cord blood, Amniotic Membrane or Placenta cells. Our enhanced cell therapy to repair hip joints does not require surgery and can be delivered through a Guided Scanner (when necessary) or more commonly through an Intravenous Drip “IV Drips”,Direct injection and/or Intrathecally.

Rehabilitation Options Post Treatment: Physical Rehabilitation therapy after treatment is HIGHLY recommended in Bangkok or upon return to your home. We have complete physical rehab packages that are optional depending on your travel/time constraints.Our rehabilitation program is available upon request for 2-3 hours per day and up to 5 days per week.
