2001年,毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,获得博士学位。2002年,赴美国德克萨斯州立大学安德森癌症中心进行博士后研究

 

 

研究方向:

 

      长期专注于肿瘤干细胞的基础研究,尤其是实体肿瘤谱系和转移机制的探索。肿瘤干细胞在乳腺癌脑转移中的作用已经受到学者们关注,但确切具体分子机制尚不明确。近年来,研究团队对L1CAM这个粘附分子在三阴性乳腺癌细胞系靶向脑转移中的作用做了深入研究,发现L1CAM与定向脑转移相关,其表达谱特征与不同乳腺癌靶向转移克隆的特异性的高度相关。
